DriveX™ Warranty

This product is intended strictly for professional dental use by licensed and trained healthcare professionals. Conmetior warrants that this device is free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal and proper use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This limited warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

WARRANTY LIMITATION

Conmetior shall not be held liable under any circumstances for damages or claims arising from, including but not limited to, the following:

1. Patient Injury or Death

Conmetior is not liable for any injury, complication, or death of a patient resulting from use, misuse, or malfunction of this device. All clinical decisions and outcomes remain the sole responsibility of the licensed operator.

2. Operator Error or Clinical Negligence

Improper use of the device, deviation from the provided instructions, or failure to adhere to standard clinical protocols voids the warranty and releases Conmetior from any liability.

3. Accidental Damage or Impact

This is a precision instrument. Dropping the device or its components, even if it appears undamaged or operational, will void the warranty. Any impact-related damage is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

4. Improper Cleaning, Sterilization, or Maintenance

Damage caused by:

  • Use of unapproved disinfectants or ultrasonic cleaners

  • Exposure to excessive moisture or heat

  • Failure to follow cleaning and sterilization guidelines
    is not covered under this warranty.

5. Use by Unqualified Personnel

Any use by individuals not licensed or trained to perform dental procedures voids all warranties and absolves Conmetior of responsibility.

6. Unapproved or Off-Label Use

Use of the device beyond its intended indications is strictly prohibited and undertaken entirely at the user’s risk. Off-label use immediately voids the warranty.

7. Environmental or Electromagnetic Interference

Malfunctions due to failure to comply with EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) guidelines or recommended storage and operating conditions are not covered.

8. Indirect, Incidental, or Consequential Damages

Conmetior is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages including, but not limited to:

  • Business interruption

  • Loss of income or profits

  • Clinical delays

  • Legal claims resulting from device use

Legal Disclaimer of Responsibility

By purchasing, opening, or using this product, the purchaser/user:

  • Acknowledges full responsibility for the clinical use and safe handling of this device.

  • Agrees to all warranty terms and limitations outlined herein.

  • Understands that:

    • This device is not guaranteed to prevent surgical complications.

    • All clinical risk lies solely with the licensed healthcare provider.

    • Conmetior shall not be liable under any circumstance for harm to patients or others.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must return the unused product in its original, unopened packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
